Run out of fuel? You may well need a boiler restart
Please note that an emergency heating oil delivery alone may well not be enough to get your heating running again. Running out often introduces air into the system, which means your boiler will need to be bled and restarted by our trained driver.
Because qualified boiler engineers are in high demand—especially during cold or inclement weather—we strongly recommend adding a boiler restart service to your heating oil order when you purchase your heating oil. Planning ahead saves you the time, stress, and hassle of trying to find an engineer during busy peak times.
Important details to remember:
- Additional Service: Boiler restarts carry an additional charge and are not automatically included with standard oil deliveries.
- Advance Booking: Boiler restarts must be requested and paid for at the time you place your heating oil order.
- Please note: Refunds are not available for this service
